Ukrainian soldiers begin joint training with UK, Danish forces
In the UK, Ukrainian servicemen, under the guidance of Danish instructors, are currently undergoing training in conducting positional combat operations
The General Staff reports this.
As part of the comprehensive military training program for Ukrainian personnel in Great Britain, servicemen from the Kingdom of Denmark are conducting classes focused on various aspects of positional combat operations. This includes practicing the preparation, capture, and maintenance of positions, as well as maneuvering during battles, following specific orders, and transitioning from temporary to primary firing positions, as stated in the message.
The General Staff emphasizes that this training is essential for developing combat skills, enhancing the security and operational readiness of the Armed Forces, and providing servicemen with vital tactical knowledge required for the defense of Ukraine.
"With the guidance of the instructors from the Kingdom of Denmark, recruits of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have significantly improved their readiness for combat conditions," added the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The Kingdom of Denmark continues its unwavering support for the people of Ukraine and remains committed to providing ongoing assistance in response to Russia's continuous violations of international law.
In 2023, a contingent of servicemen from the Danish Armed Forces arrived in Great Britain and joined forces with partner countries in the training program for Ukrainian recruits.
