Russians organize "business trips" for Russian specialists to temporarily occupied territories due to local staff shortage – National Resistance Center

Local residents of the temporarily occupied territories refuse to cooperate with the enemy: the Russians have organized a number of "business trips" for Russian workers to these regions.

"Most of the leading positions in the occupation administrations and structures were almost immediately taken by Russians. However, there are still serious problems with mid-level employees. The Russians are constantly looking for workers among the locals, but this does not work, and the occupiers have to use a much more difficult and resource-intensive process of "business trips" to the temporarily occupied territories," the NRC noted.

• Earlier, the National Center for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs reported that Russia still tries to implement the plan of forced passportization for residents of the temporarily occupied Ukraine's regions.
