Ukrinform, Ukrainian Pravda, and Hromadske media outlets report this, citing their own sources.

"We are systematically implementing a well-calculated strategy to reduce Russia's economic potential. Our task is to deprive the enemy of resources and reduce the flow of oil money and fuel that the aggressor directs directly to the war and the murder of Ukrainian citizens," the source said.

It is noted that the Ukrainian special service attacked oil refineries in Ryazan, Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod region, and Kirishi, Leningrad region.

Also, according to the Ukrainian Pravda, the SBU, together with other representatives of the Defense Forces, attacked the Russian Air Force airbase in Buturlinovka and a military airfield in Voronezh with drones.

"The Ryazan oil refinery was attacked by a UAV. The strike caused a fire," Malkov said in a statement.

According to preliminary information, there are victims.

Later, RIA Novosti reported two victims as a result of the attack on the plant.

The fire at the oil refinery was first reported by Astra, Baza, and Ostorozhno Novosti.

It was noted that the fire at the Ryazan oil refinery was 100 square meters. According to TG channels, a heat exchanger unit is on fire.

At the same time, Russian media wrote about drones flying over the city. Local residents also reported three explosions before the fire.

Instead, smoke can be seen from different parts of the city, and rescuers are being sent to the scene.

Later, a Russian Telegram channel showed a video showing a drone hitting the plant.
