Russia keeps troops in Kherson to delay Ukrainian Armed Forces' advance - Mykhailo Prytula
Russia performs tactical tasks by destroying its personnel. It has thrown a large number of troops into Kherson to slow the advance of the Ukrainian Armed Forces
This was stated on the air of espresso by military expert Mykhailo Prytula.
"There is a struggle going on not for Kherson but for Crimea. Russia is building a layered defence on the left bank of the Dnipro river and digging entrenchments and trenches. This is quite correct from their point of view. They need time for this. They threw a large number of troops into Kherson to slow down the advance of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. They will keep a contingent there, and if they have time, they will take it away. If they don't have time, they will surrender," he said.
According to Prytula, these military personnel will fulfil their task.
"The Russian Federation performs tactical tasks by destroying its personnel, this is their logic. Russian citizens agree with this, they have no resistance. There is no point in wearing winter clothes on a military man if he dies in a week. People go there, die and do not need anything else, neither food, nor clothes, nor heating. They were abandoned. They died and completed their combat mission," the expert concluded.
