Putin will be killed in case of nuclear attack on Ukraine, and NATO forces will engage in military clash with Russia – political scientist Piontkovsky

Andrei Piontkovsky, a Russian political scientist, shared his opinions on Espreso TV.

“Everyone in Moscow understood that nuclear blackmail does not work, that in response to nuclear attack Putin will be killed and NATO forces will directly engage in a military conflict with Russia. And they have now found such a narrow corridor of possibilities - a conventional attack on the infrastructure of Ukraine, in order to force it or the West to conclude a truce, an end to the war, which will essentially consolidate all territorial gains. But Putin made a mistake. The Ukrainian people will never agree to this,” Piontkovsky said.

The political scientist also added that credit should be given to the West, which firmly rejects any possibility of negotiations with the occupiers.

“The G7 adopted Ukraine's plan to end the war - that is, a complete victory, a guarantee of security, reparations from Russia and punishment of war criminals. This is the official ultimatum of the G7 to Putin's regime,” he added.
