Who struck the Crimean bridge, blew up power lines at Kursk NPP, and who didn't provide water to Donetsk? Not providing water is an act of genocide. But no one said that."

Disinformation: Head of Russian Federation Council V. Matvienko stated that NATO countries use technologies of waging war with someone else's hands: "NATO actively engages technologies of proxy war. Huge resources are invested in work in the information space and attempts to manipulate public sentiment."

Manipulation: Spokesman of Russian President D. Peskov stated that Russia has no intention of annexing new territories in Ukraine, and intends to "liberate" those regions that the Russian Federation has already declared "its own": "It is not about joining new territories to Russian Federation, but we will have to free parts of new Russian regions occupied by Kyiv".
