"If we consider the number of the military organizations of the state... there will be up to 1.5 million people mobilized in the event of the declaration of martial law and militarizing economy. We have 9 million people, so the remaining 8 million, of course, will work in industry, education, healthcare, agriculture," he said.
Aleksander Volfovich spoke favorably of the adoption of a new law "On People's Militia" in Belarus.
