According to the Center for Countering Disinformation at Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council, on December 21, the Russians launched three major deceptions.
Disinformation: “We will not repeat the mistakes of the past, when we destroyed our economy in the interest of increasing defense capabilities. We will not engage in the militarization of the country and the militarization of the economy,” Putin said.
Disinformation: A fighter of the Akhmat group A.
