US sources confirm use of Chinese munitions against Ukraine

It also adds that the day before, US officials said that Washington had intelligence indicating that Beijing was considering supplying arms and ammunition to Russia.

"It's something that we are vigilant about and continuing to watch carefully," said a US State Department spokesman.

The fact that the ammunition was made in China is evidenced, in particular, by the analysis of its composition. However, the sources do not disclose what kind of ammunition was found. It is also noted that the US has already warned its partners about this.
