Russians embezzle funds in temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories
Under the guise of economic development, the Russian leadership, led by Vice Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin, appropriates funds that come to the "free economic zone"
This is reported by the Center for National Resistance.
"Under the guise of allegedly 'restoring' the temporarily occupied territories, Russians are implementing new schemes to steal money," the statement says.
The occupying forces talk about the economic development of the region, but in reality they are enriching themselves at the expense of residents and looted businesses. The main instrument of this process is the so-called Territorial Development Fund, headed by Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnillin. According to the underground, he has appointed his "supervisors" in all the temporarily occupied regions of Ukraine, who manage the financial flows that the Russian authorities officially allocate for "restoration."
But this 'restoration' has nothing to do with the real state of affairs. For example, in the temporarily occupied Kherson region, a meeting was held on the inclusion of food enterprises in the region's "free economic zone." The event was attended by the head of the regional "Territory Development Fund" Marina Guryanova. Her task is to control the safety of Marat Khusnillin's key financial requests and the flow of funds through the enterprises he controls.
According to information from the resistance, the Russians want to use the money intended for the "development of the food industry" with the help of captured and controlled enterprises in the temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories. They also plan to redistribute the schemes of stealing Ukrainian grain. One way to steal grain is to transport it to Rostov on Don.
It is reported that Russian companies Alliance Trade LLC and Rail-Techno LLC, both registered to Konstantin Sevostyanov, are involved.
- At the same time, the occupation administration of Donetsk region, on the orders of Russian supervisors, adopted a list of minerals for which it will issue permits.
