Vladyslav Nazarov, a spokesman for the Operational Command South, shared this update.
“A unit of about 300 convicts from the Russian Federation arrived in the temporarily occupied Skadovsk, allegedly to ensure law and order. At the same time, some combat units previously located in the city are gradually being withdrawn from the settlement to the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea,” he noted.
Earlier, the General Staff reported that in the temporarily occupied Enerhodar, Zaporizhzhia region, the FSB has restricted movement to forested areas: people are stopped and searched, and those who do not have a Russian passport are subject to surveillance.
