Ukraine has tools to reach enemies where they least expect it — Air Force Commander
According to Mykola Oleshchuk, Commander of the Ukrainian Air Force, Russian propaganda directed a fake information flow to an external audience to discredit Ukraine in the eyes of the international community.
He wrote about this on Telegram.
"The Ukrainian Air Forces are doing everything to reach the enemy both in the sky and on the ground. You read our reports. Many Russian aircraft, along with their crews, will never be able to terrorize our people again. They are destroyed! We are gaining more and more tools and capabilities to get to the enemy where they least expect it," the message reads.
According to him, on January 24, Russian propaganda directed a fake flow of information towards the external audience, attempting to discredit Ukraine in the eyes of the global community. Oleshchuk suggests that the purpose of this is to diminish international support for Ukraine. "The goal is obvious - they want to diminish international support for our state. It won't work! Ukraine has the right to defend itself and destroy the means of air attack by the aggressor," - he wrote.
