Ukraine's intel chief Budanov shares what Putin will negotiate in North Korea
Russia intends to agree with the North Korea to increase arms supplies, ammunition is the major need
Ukraine's military intelligence chief Kyrylo Budanov said this during a telethon.
According to Budanov, Russian President Vladimir Putin is going to visit the DPRK, where he will first of all negotiate an increase in arms supplies and deepen relations. In particular, cooperation on missile technology.
"Russia thinks that it is normal to share certain missile technologies with North Korea. This is their vision. The DPRK will do a lot for these technologies. The human resource there is huge, and the defense capabilities, unfortunately, are incomparable with Russia's. They can and do work much more efficiently and effectively than the Russians. Therefore, there will definitely be an increase in supplies, especially of artillery weapons," said Budanov.
According to Budanov, Russia has been using North Korea's ammunition since 2023.
- On January 30, the head of Ukraine's military intelligence, Kyrylo Budanov, and First Deputy Foreign Minister Emine Dzhaparova met with Japanese Ambassador to Ukraine Matsuda Kuninori.
