Russia plans to launch ferries from Crimea to transport people and equipment – Chubarov
Russia is planning to launch ferries from Crimea to transport people and equipment from the temporarily occupied peninsula
The Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Refat Chubarov shared the information on the United News national telethon.
"Yesterday, a document by the government of the aggressor country was distributed online. On April 27, literally two days ago, they adopted a special order to provide a large amount of money, about USD 27 million, in order to organize the work of ferries in addition to the existing bridge," Chubarov said.
In addition, in his opinion, this indicates that Russian forces are preparing alternative ways to retreat from Crimea.
"It is clearly stated there, in the order of the government of the aggressor country, that this money should be used to launch, it seems, six ferries to transport people and equipment," he emphasized.
