Russia launches massive hybrid offensive against Europe — Ukraine’s FM
Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha has called on Europe to take urgent action to defend itself against Russia's hybrid offensive
He wrote about it on X.
"Along with its military aggression against Ukraine, Russia has launched a massive hybrid offensive against Europe. It uses all hybrid tools, from propaganda and cyberattacks to subversion and sabotage, interfering in domestic affairs, and trying to destabilize entire countries," Sybiha wrote.

The minister called on European governments to take urgent action to counter this hybrid offensive and protect Europe. Key steps include fully blocking Russian propaganda, ramping up police and counterintelligence efforts, strengthening cyber defenses, and tightening the Schengen visa policy for Russian citizens.
"Ukraine has vast experience countering a variety of Russia's hybrid threats, from cyberattacks to disinformation campaigns and acts of sabotage. We are ready to share our best knowledge and experience with our European partners to help preserve stable democratic development," Sybiha added.
