Russia claims drones attack Crimea and Bryansk region
At night and in the morning of Sunday, September 10, the Russian Defense Ministry claimed a group of unidentified drones attacked the temporarily occupied Crimea and Bryansk region
The Russian Defense Ministry reported the information.
They said that at night they allegedly repelled an attack on the temporarily occupied peninsula using aircraft-type UAVs.
The Russian Defense Ministry adds that 8 unmanned aerial vehicles were allegedly destroyed by air defense systems over the Black Sea.

Attacks on Crimea
This is not the first time Russian-installed authorities in Crimea have claimed to have shot down drones and missiles. And due to the panic of losing the Crimean bridge, barges were installed to protect it from attacks by maritime drones.
On Monday, August 28, the Russian Defense Ministry said that air defense systems allegedly shot down two Ukrainian reconnaissance drones in the north and west of the peninsula over the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea.
On the night of August 30, during the largest attack in Russia, the Russian-appointed "governor" of Sevastopol, Mikhail Rozvazhayev, reported an alleged drone attack from the Black Sea.
On the evening of Wednesday, August 30, Russian air defense allegedly shot down a cruise missile over the temporarily occupied Crimea. The missile fragments allegedly set the grass in a field on fire, and the Ministry of Emergency Situations was working at the scene.
On Saturday, Russia said that on the night of September 2, another attack by naval drones on the Crimean bridge was carried out by a semi-submersible unmanned boat. According to Russia, the marine drone was "detected and destroyed in time" in the Black Sea. Subsequently, two more attacks by "unmanned boats" were reported, and in both cases the drones were allegedly destroyed. However, traffic on the Crimean bridge was temporarily blocked.
On August 30, satellite imagery revealed that Russian troops had installed barges to protect the Crimean Bridge from maritime drones. They were installed south of the Crimean bridge, at a depth of 2-4 meters, and were probably just partially flooded.
Russia has banned the owners of small vessels from going to sea at a distance of more than 1 kilometer from the port of Fedosia in the temporarily occupied Crimea. This is the way it reacted to the successful strikes on Russian facilities in the region.
