Russia cannot "legalize" its fake sports federations in temporarily occupied territories
In the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, there are so-called “sports federations” that do not have the status of legal entities and are not in demand among local collaborators
The National Resistance Center reported the information.
"The so-called ‘federations’ operate without the status of 'legal entities' because there are no people willing to lead such 'organizations,'" the Center said.
Russia lacks legal frameworks to legitimize many of the organizations it has established in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. It employs these organizations as a means to propagate a false narrative of Russia improving the lives of Ukrainians.
The Center emphasizes that these pseudo-organizations have nothing to do with the rights or will of the residents.
Some of these structures are exploited by Russian representatives for embezzlement. For example, the so-called sports federations.
Local collaborators are reluctant to assume responsibility for such structures to avoid potential punishment. They are aware that once Ukraine regains control of its territories, Russia will abandon them. Currently, these organizations exist without the status of "legal entities" as there is no one willing to officially endorse them. They lack both financial resources and personnel to sustain their operations.

In a morning report on June 28, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces stated that Russian forces have been reportedly marking houses, which were taken from local residents in the Kherson region, with signs indicating "Property of the Russian Federation."
