"Macron's plan" in action

The leaders of China and France suddenly synchronized their emotions, "rooting" for the "conflict" in Ukraine

The sacred formula for peace is allegedly not yet known, but peace itself is expected in the summer. In other words, we are being sold Putin's plan, but wrapped in a dense Chinese cunning and tied with French ease.

The American and Japanese press have recently written that Xi and Macron are hatching a "peace plan" in a single political womb. It can be called bipolar, because the work is being done by politicians from different political poles.

It is clear that everything was agreed upon during Macron's visit to Xi. Newspapers report that the French president asked his Chinese counterpart to talk to Zelenskyy. This was to be the starting point for the public implementation of the project. The conversation took place yesterday. The day before, the Ukrainian president spoke with Macron.

“The "key" to peace is as simple as a star on the Kremlin: it is the negotiations that Moscow politicians have been talking about almost since February 24, 2022. Sometimes it even seems that they invaded Ukraine to start negotiations to end the war”

The "key" to peace is as simple as a star on the Kremlin: it is the negotiations that Moscow politicians have been talking about since almost February 24, 2022. Sometimes it even seems that they invaded Ukraine to start negotiations to end the war.

The French hope to bring Ukraine and Muscovy to the same table this summer, Bloomberg said. Japan's Nikkei says that Beijing is even more optimistic: China expects the war to end in the summer.

According to the official version, the "blue berets" Xi and Macron are just sitting down to prepare their plan, but that bipolar optimism about "the end in the summer" makes us think that all the moves have already been planned.

Currently, the preparations for the Ukrainian-Russian talks look like this.

China will send a special representative to Kyiv, and then he will go to Muscovy. His task is to "politically resolve" the war, which Chinese diplomats have called a "crisis." As if we are talking about some kind of device that needs to be changed, and everything will stabilize.

Macron instructed his advisor Emmanuel Bonne, together with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, to create a "framework" for Zelenskyy's future talks with the bunker man. Interestingly, it was Bonne who held talks with the Russians before the full-scale invasion, and in January 2022, he flew to Kyiv. The French made a documentary about that time, in which Bonne frankly admits, "Putin always lies." The same Putin with whom the Elysee Palace is going to negotiate something.

To some extent, the term "bipolar" is beginning to play with new colors in our context. In particular, Bloomberg's French interlocutors argue that the "peace plan" will provide long-term security guarantees for Ukraine and even deter Russia from future acts of aggression. It is a pity that the outlet does not name its sources, otherwise one could recommend watching the movie with the Bonne quote.

Diplomatic circles speculate that Xi and Macron will roll out the Chinese version of the Russian plan that has already been made public: a cessation of war along the front line and mutual recognition of borders.

“The French firmware of the "peace" contains very sweet pills for Ukrainians: the whole process will be called a "ceasefire," leaving Ukraine the right to seek the return of territories "not by military means." On the eve of the spring offensive, Kyiv is now in a position of strength and can adjust those wishes, diplomats say, but the Kremlin has already formulated the minimum trophy it wants to take a bite out of Ukraine: Donbas, including Mariupol (as it wants to keep the Sea of Azov as its internal sea), Crimea, and a minimal land corridor between them.

"If you want to be heard, you have to learn to listen." That is why, apparently, the Ukrainian president agreed to the conversation, knowing in advance the essence of the Chinese proposal.

Ukrainian officials continue to articulate the goal of "1991 borders." In addition, Zelenskyy's office is preparing its own version of the plan, supported by the British and Americans. It envisions victory on the battlefield.

The future of the war today largely depends on the Ukrainian Armed Forces, so the bipolar initiative should be treated with understanding, and we may still need it to discuss the surrender act. Of Muscovy.
