Macron promises Zelenskyy to help strengthen Ukraine's air defense

Emmanuel Macron wrote about this on Twitter.

"I confirmed to President Zelenskyy this morning: we are fully mobilized to increase our military support to Ukraine as soon as possible, including air defense," Macron tweeted.

In addition, Macron noted that France will help Ukraine in restoring the infrastructure of electricity and water supply, which was significantly damaged by Russia's attacks.

"We need to act before winter. We are quickly mobilizing the international community and the private sector," he wrote.

Earlier, the President of Ukraine Zelenskyy announced on Twitter about the conversation with Macron.

"Extremely important and productive conversation with French President 

Emmanuel Macron. Specific decisions on strengthening Ukraine's defense capabilities. Specific initiatives to restore the destroyed energy infrastructure. Thank you, my friend, for your unwavering support," the message reads.
