Kremlin accuses Ukraine of disrupting negotiations with Russia
Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that in the spring of 2022, Ukraine allegedly disrupted peace negotiations with Russia on Western orders
This is reported by the Russian mass media.
He commented on the statement of the Belarussian Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesman Anatoly Glaz that the truce between Russia and Ukraine was not announced in the spring 2022 due to the alleged intervention of the West.
"We've been telling you this for six months, seven even. And President Putin has been talking about it at different levels. It's about the document that was agreed upon as a result of very difficult negotiations. And then suddenly, as if on command from above, the Ukrainian side left the negotiating table and disappeared," said Peskov.
