This is stated on the Facebook page of the Dolyna City Council, Espreso.Zahid reports.

With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine, Mykola Bogoslavets was one of the first to come to the Military Commissariat.  At first, the man joined the ranks of the local Teroborona.  And on March 4, 2022, he was assigned to the 10th separate mountain assault brigade.

"For the first time, Mykola entered the battle as part of the flamethrower calculation of the company support point in the area of responsibility of the 10th brigade in the Luhansk region. At the same time, he provided help to his seriously wounded brothers Vasyl and Serhiy. He also took out and delivered the wounded man with the call sign Pakh to the evacuation point," the message says.

The warrior cleared various settlements. Despite the fact that the density of enemy fire was quite high, it did not prevent him from performing combat tasks as intended.

"In particular, and at the position in the area of the railway station, right under the noses of the Rashists, who were opposite, on the other side of the railway embankment," the city council noted.

In addition, once during artillery and mortar shelling, Bogoslavets tried to evacuate a wounded comrade and received a shrapnel wound himself.

"During the attempt to evacuate the wounded, Mykola suddenly felt a sharp pain in his chest... The wounded himself managed to get out from under fire... Next was Bakhmut... Kramatorsk... Ternopil. The fragment "stuck" to the aorta, a few millimeters from the heart... The skillful hands of the surgeons quickly placed a soldier in formation...", the post added.

In the second half of August 2022, the soldier returned to the ranks of the defenders.  His daughter and relatives are waiting for him at home.
