23,000 prisoners recruited to Wagner PMC - National Resistance Center

The Center urges to report the location of Wagner mercenaries.

"The occupiers have recruited 23,000 convicts in total and use them as cannon fodder. The reason is that their deaths do not resonate in Russian society and therefore allows them to ignore such losses. The enemy is basically exchanging the lives of cheap fighters for the lives of Ukrainians. Convicts form assault units. During assault operations, their leadership uses aerial reconnaissance to observe the actions of their "subordinates". These losses do not demoralize Wagner PMC, because qualified personnel and leadership do not participate in assaults," the statement said.

The National Resistance Center praised the work of the Ukrainian underground resistance movement, which provides information about the location of Wagner fighters, allowing to strike their control points.
