Ukrainian Armed Forces damage 3 Russian S-300 launchers in Kherson region

Natalia Humeniuk, head of the joint coordination center of Ukraine’s South Defense Forces, shared the information on the United News telethon on August 24.

She confirmed the information about the destruction of a Russian S-400 system and noted that it is a powerful air defense system, but Russia has more.

"They (Russians - ed.) have many more weapons that we will have to destroy. That is why we don’t stop. We announced it back when they were expecting the holiday season. And as the weather permits, we will continue launching suh attacks," said Humeniuk.

"In our area of responsibility, we worked on air defense systems and three S-300 launchers were destroyed and damaged. That is, they can no longer be used either as a means of defense in the Kherson region or as a means of attack," she added.

Earlier, the intelligence service reported that the Russian S-400 Triumph system was destroyed in the temporarily occupied Crimea.
