Ukrainian Armed Forces advance north of Kurdiumivka - 93rd Brigade fighter
Andriy Babychev, a soldier with the 93rd Brigade from the Bakhmut sector, says that the Russian troops will have to withdraw from Kurdiumivka
He said this on Espreso TV.
"Infantry fighting continues in the Bakhmut sector. It is the infantry who are fighting between Klishchiivka and Kurdiumivka. Heavy equipment is not used on either side. If the equipment gets into the sights of artillery, it is immediately destroyed. Defense Forces have made good progress north of Kurdiumivka. The Ukrainian Armed Forces already control the two main roads leading to Kurdiumivka from the north and south. It is much more difficult for the enemy to bring ammunition and replenish personnel there. The enemy will have to withdraw from Kurdiumivka," emphasized Babychev.
A serviceman with the 93rd Brigade added that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are making advances between Andriivka and Klishchiivka.
"We have already penetrated the enemy's defense, and the nearest road is just over 2 km away. But the enemy is not going to retreat. The invading Russian troops are biting into every forest belt and digging holes for themselves. It is difficult to get them out of there with artillery. All hope is on our infantry, who are storming these forest belts," he noted.
