Russia's Ukraine reconnaissance drone deployment discovered in Brest
The deployment of Russian drones, which are used for reconnaissance of Ukraine's border regions, has been discovered in Brest, Belarus
The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces shared this update.
"In the Volyn and Polissya directions, the situation remains without significant changes. The designated units of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus are performing the task of strengthening the protection of the section of the Belarusian-Ukrainian border in the Brest and Gomel regions," Ukraine's Armed Forces wrote.
In Belarus, control inspections of units, as well as preparations for regular military exercises, are ongoing.
A deployment of Russian drones was found in Brest, which are involved in the reconnaissance of Ukraine's border areas.
Siversk direction
Russia maintains separate units in the border areas of the Bryansk and Kursk regions. The Russian forces shelled the areas of Senkivka, Khrinivka, Kamianska Sloboda in the Chernihiv region, as well as Novovasylivka, Maiske, Sukhodil, and Nova Sloboda in the Sumy region.
Slobozhanshchyna direction
The situation has not undergone significant changes. Units of Ukraine's Defense Forces hold their positions and do not give the enemy the opportunity to advance deep into the territory of Ukraine.
Kharkiv direction
Invading Russian forces shelled the areas of the settlements of Uda, Sosnivka, Velyki Prokhody, Pytomnyk, Ruski Tyshki, Cherkaski Tyshki, Petrivka, Peremoha, Staryi Saltiv, and Pryshyb.
They carried out remote demining of the terrain in the area of Lebyazhe settlement. The Ukrainian Defense Forces successfully repelled the Russian attack in the area of the Husarivka settlement.
