Russians to annex Mariupol, Donetsk region by Sept. 1 - Mayoral adviser

The Mariupol mayor adviser told about several facts that indicate the acceleration of the annexation process of Mariupol and Donetsk regions by Russia.

According to him, all leadership in the region de facto passed into the hands of the Russians.

"In Donetsk, the puppet Pushylin is only performing the 'representative' functions of a ‘talking head’. And in Mariupol, Ivashchenko's collaborator has been appointed as a ‘consultant’, allegedly to help. But Ivashchenko is now also exclusively ‘talking head’,” - Andryushchenko reports.

In addition, it is reported that this morning in the Mariupol region, collaborators and the Russian Federation military held a "meeting" regarding distribution of zones of resort area influence. During the "discussion", local collaborators did not get anything.

"Full and total direct Russian control has been established," Andryushchenko said.

He also noted that yesterday the "Minister of Education of the Donetsk Republic" Kushakov in the form of a statement told how the educational process will take place "in schools of Donetsk, Lugansk, Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions of Russia."

"No quasi-republics and satellites. No one is hiding anymore," Andryushchenko said.

Also, according to the mayor's adviser, the banking system in Mariupol was immediately organised under the Russian bank. He says that banks will issue credit cards to people, but purely Russian. There are no plans to introduce the Donetsk Republic banking system.

"In Donetsk, experts in all areas are adapting everything to the Russian law. Quickly and rigidly. Hence the rotation on the Russians," - adds Andryushchenko.

He concludes that this information, as well as the data that continues to come, indicate a plan for the legal annexation of Ukraine’s occupied territories by Russia by September 1.
