Russian troops disguise as civilians to learn about partisans in occupied parts of Ukraine
FSB officers pretend to be civilians and provoke residents to expose the Ukrainian underground in the temporarily occupied territories
The National Resistance Center reported this.
“In the temporarily occupied territories, cases of FSB officers going to public places in civilian clothes to identify members of the Ukrainian underground have become more frequent,” the agency writes.
It is reported that Russians are disguised as ordinary residents, asking shop assistants, train conductors, and others who complain about the Russian government, and often provoke such conversations themselves. Thus, the enemy is looking for disloyal people and members of the Ukrainian patriotic movement.
If someone agrees with them or complains about the occupation, they are hooked. Then FSB agents force such people to cooperate with them.
Ukrainians are urged to be careful not to trust strangers and not to reveal their attitude to the occupation authorities.
