He notes that due to the lack of specialized work in the city, the number of those willing to work is increasing. Andryushchenko believes that this could be another wave of hidden mobilization.

The adviser also said that the first Russian ships with military cargo entered the Mariupol port, carrying construction materials, medicines for the military hospital and several hundred sets of military uniforms.
