Russian MP reports explosion at oil refinery in Samara

Russian MP Alexander Khinshtein reported this on July 28.
"An explosion occurred on the territory of the Kuibyshev Oil Refinery in Samara today," the statement says.
According to him, an explosive device was probably planted. He added that there were no serious damages or injuries from the explosion.
According to the Russian news agency TASS, the person who allegedly set off the explosion at the plant was detained.
"The person who set off the explosion at the Samara oil refinery has been detained, law enforcement agencies said," the statement says.
Later, Khinshtein said that the FSB allegedly detained the suspect in the Orenburg region while he was trying to leave Russia.
The deputy claims that the detainee is allegedly an employee of the Kremenchuk Oil Refinery, who had previously moved to Russia from Ukraine.
