Russian forces turn all medical facilities in Berdiansk into hospitals for their wounded soldiers
Oleksii Dmytrashkivskyi, spokesman for the Joint Press Center of the Tauride Defense Forces, says that invading Russian army has turned all medical facilities into hospitals for their troops in temporarily occupied Berdiansk
He said this on Espreso TV.
“According to our information, in Berdiansk, the occupying Russian forces have turned all medical and sanatorium facilities into hospitals for their wounded soldiers. The Russians take the wounded and seriously injured there. The city of Melitopol remains a logistics hub for the Russian army. They transfer personnel and military equipment through the city,” Dmytrashkivskyi said.
The spokesperson for the Joint Press Center of the Tauride Defense Forces added that the Russian troops have an acute shortage of medicines in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
“We also have information that the hospitals operating in Berdiansk are in dire need of medicines. That's why Russian media often report that there is nothing to treat the wounded Russian military. Because of this, there is a very high mortality rate among wounded Russians,” he added.
