Russian forces set up camp near occupied Mariupol and train mobilized to be sent to front - Andryushchenko
The councilor of the mayor of Mariupol Petro Andryushchenko said that the military corps of Russians in the Mariupol district has increased to 10-15 thousand.
He said this on the air of the Espreso TV channel.
"The number of Russian soldiers around the city and in the city has increased. Back in the summer, the military corps of the Russian army near Mariupol numbered about 1500. Today there are already about 7-10 thousand near the city. These are Russians who left Kherson and were mobilized, who were brought from Russia," Andryushchenko noted.
According to him, near the occupied Mariupol, the Russians have set up a camp for the mobilized, where they are being trained.
"There is a military training ground there. Our soldiers have always trained on this training ground. Now the Russian forces use this training ground for the training of mobilized soldiers. They are kept for a week, and then the units that left Kherson are formed and sent to the front," Andryushchenko added.
