Russian forces open store in Mariupol selling looted Ukrainian property
The store selling stolen Ukrainian goods opened in Talakivka village, Mariupol region.
The mayor of Mariupol Petro Andryushchenko shared information on the story.
“A shop under the control of the occupiers has opened in Talakivka in Mariupol. There is an assortment of goods on the shelves. But interestingly, it was all stolen from a warehouse in the house of a Mariupol businesswoman by Kadyrov`s TikTok troops,” he wrote.
He said on or around March 28, Kadyrov’s troops broke into the businesswoman’s house and warehouse and took everything they could: from household chemicals worth USD 9,000 to empty 3 liter cans for preserved food.
After looting the property, the occupiers fired at the building from an armored personnel carrier.
"Now the goods are on sale. Under the “roof” of the occupiers. Again, the whole point of the Russia’s TikTok army – plunder and steal from the battlefields,” added Andryushchenko.
