Bundestag warns about consequences of freezing war in Ukraine
Bundestag Member, leader of The Greens Party, Omid Nouripour, said that freezing the war in Ukraine would help the Russian aggressor
NTV writes about it.
According to the deputy, freezing the conflict is not peace.
"They (Ukrainians, - ed.) do not deserve that we are sitting at the tables and simply say: "I don't want to wage this war anymore". We need to face reality and just see that freezing helps the aggressor," he said Nouripour.
He emphasized: if Ukraine does not return its territories, "this will be a template for the next war." The essence of the war is the sovereignty and self-determination of the Ukrainian people, the deputy noted, and said that Ukraine should decide for itself how to act.
"They are not a colony of Germany, they are an independent state," Nouripour summed up.

Earlier, the head of the SPD parliamentary faction Rolf Mützenich assumed the possibility of freezing the conflict in Ukraine. The German government rejected this idea.
