Flemming wrote about this in an author's column for The Economist.
"And Russian military attempts to destroy the digital infrastructure of Ukraine and to sow discord using cyber capabilities have been met with staunch, professional and effective Ukrainian cyber defence," notes Jeremy Flemming.
According to him, during the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the Russian Federation was unable to gain advantages over Ukraine in cyberspace. However, such opposition is not found all over the world. According to Flemming, many countries refuse to condemn Russia's actions because they are under the informational influence of the Russian Federation.
