"The Center for Counteracting Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine warns: the invader has launched a series of terrorist attacks and is already officially threatening Kyiv with shelling!", the statement says.

Today, March 15, an invader’s conversation intercepted by the SSU has stated that the Russians themselves fired on Klimovo, Bryansk region, blaming Ukraine for this. The Center for Counteracting Disinformation noted that due to the loss of the cruiser "Moskva", the Russians decided to take revenge on the Ukrainians.

"Therefore, on April 15, the Russian Ministry of Defense officially announced that they would increase the number of missile strikes on Kyiv in response to shelling from Ukraine", the CCD emphasized.

The Center at the National Security and Defense Council called on the people of Kyiv to use shelter during air raids, because over the next few days there is a significant risk of missile strikes.

RIA News, citing the Russian Defense Ministry, wrote that the scale of Russian missile strikes on Kyiv will increase in response to any attacks or sabotage in Russia.
