Lukashenko functions as Kremlin mouthpiece - political expert

"Lukashenko enjoyed being a generator of memes in the Internet space. He voices theses that are beneficial to Russia. For the Russian consumer, such theses have been prepared: an attack on Russia was being prepared. For the Western consumer, Lukashenko, Lavrov, as well as Putin broadcast the message: it is up to the USA to sit down at the negotiating table with Russia, and to resolve the Ukrainian issue at this level", Herasymchuk explained.

The political expert also added that the Kremlin seeks the division of the world.

"According to the new model of the "Yalta Treaty" (the Yalta Conference - a diplomatic meeting of the leaders of the USA, Great Britain, and the USSR in February 1945 - Ed.) in a new way. The leadership of the Russian Federation finally convinced the entire civilized world that it should not be expected to fulfill the agreements", he emphasized.
