It was reported by the AFU General Staff in the evening summary for April 30.

"To avoid possible expressions of discontent among the population, it is recommended to limit the number of people attending funeral processions to six. Furthermore, in this context, the so-called 'MDB' advocates for cremation of the deceased instead of burial," the message states.

Moreover, the report highlights the increasing difficulty faced by local hospitals in the temporarily occupied Luhansk in handling the rising number of wounded individuals. A group of doctors, including surgeons, has been dispatched from the Moscow Region to provide treatment and rehabilitation to Russian soldiers.

"The official purpose of their visit is stated as exchanging experiences and assisting medical facilities in Luhansk," the message concludes.
