Kremlin to demand legal unification with Belarusian army to participate in the war - Latushko

He said this on Espreso TV live on air. 

"Taking into account the activity, information, as well as propaganda work, I would not rule out the possibility of Belarus participating in the war. Only this will happen not with the independent armed forces of Belarus, but together with the Russian armed forces. This happens in the case of a legal unification of the armed forces of both Belarus and Russia. Practically, they are already united, legally - not. And this is the task that the Kremlin sets before itself. This scenario is possible only with the Russians", - Latushko noted. 

Pavel Latushko added that Lukashenko is already a participant in the war. He provided the territory and maximum assistance in the aggression against Ukraine.

"And this is the basic thesis that needs to be strengthened. Otherwise, it has a contradictory effect on the consciousness of Belarusians. Most Belarusians believe that Belarus is not a participant in the war and are grateful to Lukashenko for the fact that his wise policy leads to the fact that Belarus does not take part in the war. It is necessary to clearly formulate the thesis about the participation of Belarus in the ground operation," Latushko emphasized.
