In Mariupol Russian troops prepare units for attacks on Vuhledar
In Mariupol, invading Russian forces are gathering soldiers and equipment, so that later the completed units will be sent to Vuhledar
Petro Andriushchenko, adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, wrote about this on Telegram.
Over the weekend, the number of Russian soldiers increased in the villages north of Mariupol, he says. Estimated total number up to 4,000.
“In addition, the enemy's units are being replenished, based on a post from the Luhansk region north of Mariupol. According to the occupiers themselves, units are being prepared on the spot for an attack on Vuhledar. The total number of contingents on replenishment is 3,000-5,000 still living occupiers,” Andriushchenko noted.
Enemy troops also began accumulating offensive equipment around Mariupol.
“Vuhledar is mentioned often enough to conclude that the occupiers are preparing a corresponding offensive,” Andriushchenko said.
He also added that the medical situation in Mariupol is critical. To get the so-called 'state insurance', people need a Russian passport.
The only endocrinologist left in the occupied city is an endocrinologist who can see patients only until noon. There is also only one ENT department.
“At the same time, military hospitals have been deployed again on the basis of working hospitals. The consequences are the exhaustion of plasma and blood supplies (almost unavailable to civilians now), and a lack of beds for civilians. The mortality rate is increasing,” the advisor added.
