Foreign and defence secretaries will keep their posts in new British government
The new Prime Minister of Great Britain Rishi Sunak decided not to replace defence secretary Ben Wallace and foreign secretary James Cleverly

Observers speculated that Sunak might appoint the leader of the House of Commons, Penny Mordaunt, was also the frontrunner in the race to become the UK’s prime minister but withdrew her candidacy at the last moment.
As for Wallace, he previously stated that he would not remain in the government if they did not support Boris Johnson's goal of increasing military spending to 3% of GDP by 2030.
It also became known that Sunak decided not to replace Chancellor of the Exchequer Jeremy Hunt who was appointed by his predecessor Liz Truss after the failure of tax reform. An ally of the new British Prime Minister, Dominic Raab, returned to the Cabinet as deputy prime minister and justice secretary.
Rishi Sunak is expected to finalize his government in the coming hours. He stated that it should consist of "talents" and "mature" people.
On Monday the former finance minister Rishi Sunak became the leader of the Conservative Party of Great Britain after being the only contender for the post. On Tuesday, he became the UK's new prime minister.
