China still takes position that favours Russia - diplomat Chaly

"Xi Jinping held a meeting with US President Biden. They discussed issues of competition, issues of cooperation. It is clear that China is taking a position that is now in favour of Russia. It is not known what is being brought by transport planes to Russia from China. As long as China plays such a game, there won't be peace," Chaly noted.

According to the diplomat, China already wants to take a leading position in the world.

"China must act in accordance with its new role in the world. China already wants to take a leading position in the world in the next 10-15 years, not only in the economy. Therefore, with regard to the countries that sponsor terrorism, we must act together with all the key countries of the world. Otherwise, the world will be destroyed, and they will not restore order in the world," Chaly emphasized.
