According to the diplomat, China does not like that Putin is constantly ramping up his propaganda and threatening the world with nuclear weapons.

"China also does not like what Putin is doing. Putin promised an easy ride in the form of a special military operation. And now the Chinese see that they have a large part of Russian weapons, a large part of officers and generals who studied in Russian academies, and 70% of weapons in China were Russian.
