China is not interested in war with US due to economic interests - Ivan Stupak
Military expert Ivan Stupak is convinced that China will not start a war with the United States because of its own economic interests
He expressed this opinion on the Espreso TV channel.
"After Russia's attack on Ukraine, any scenario in the world is considered likely, including a war between China and the US. Simple numbers should be taken into account in this situation. China is very money-oriented. China's trade with the United States averages more than $750 billion a year. For them, losing this market would be a disaster. So, a war between China and the US is unlikely because of Beijing's economic interests," explained Stupak.
The expert emphasized that China would not start a war because it would lose not only the American market but also the European one.
"A very large number of goods produced in China are sold in the United States. Even Iphone cell phones, which are designed in California but manufactured in China. So, if we are talking about a war between China and the US, no one will benefit from it. In this case, China will lose not only the American market, but also the European market," he added.
