"At the same time, in the Republic of Belarus, inspections of the radio technical support for the airfield network began on September 21, which may indirectly indicate the possibility that the Russian Federation's armed forces could use Belarusian airfields. Also, aviation units in the joint training center involving the Air Force and Air Defense Forces of the armed forces of both the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation were rotated with the replacement of three out of the four existing Su-30M multipurpose fighters.
