627 children present at Okhmatdyt during Russian missile strike, says Ukraine's Ministry of Health
Ukraine's Health Minister Viktor Liashko reported that 627 children were in Kyiv's Okhmatdyt children's hospital when a Russian missile struck

Minister Lyashko shared this on Facebook.
He stated that 94 children have been transferred to other medical facilities in Kyiv, while 68 children are still undergoing treatment in the remaining parts of the hospital.
Another 465 children, who needed planned treatment, were examined and temporarily sent home. The hospital remains in contact with their parents.
The Ministry of Health reported that 8 young patients were injured in the missile attack, and two adults died.
- On the morning of July 8, Russian forces launched a massive missile attack on Ukraine. In the Kyiv region, Kryvyi Rih, Pokrovsk, Dnipro, and Kyiv, 38 people were killed and nearly 200 were wounded by Russian missiles.
- In Kyiv's Shevchenkivskyi district, two floors of the Okhmatdyt hospital building were destroyed. Two adults, including a doctor, were killed and ten people were injured. Several other buildings were also damaged.
- The Security Service of Ukraine has new evidence confirming that Russia struck Okhmatdyt Children's Hospital with a Kh-101 cruise missile.
