"Vladimir Putin, the whole world has been watching for several days now as the Russian city of Belgorod, Belgorod and Kursk regions have turned into a zone of active hostilities. At the same time, the administration you have appointed, despite our repeated calls, is preventing the evacuation of civilians. In this regard, only because of your ambitions, civilians continue to suffer and die," the Russian volunteers emphasized.
They called on Putin to "stop this circus, think about the fate of innocent Russians and allow the evacuation of civilians from the war zone."
According to them, the "elections" have turned into a complete farce.
"Stop driving ordinary people to polling stations under bombs and artillery fire to participate in your performance. Even a forced expression of will is impossible when air raid warnings sound," the volunteers said.

They emphasized that Putin has long lost his legitimacy, and "under the current circumstances, even the pretense of an election process has disappeared." They believe that it is obvious to everyone that Russia needs immediate and fundamental changes.
Russian volunteers also noted that Russia "is long overdue for a profound transformation of the government's relationship with the people." They believe that a frank conversation is needed "about new fair social rules."
