Russian army deploys units to Belgorod, Kursk regions, Freedom of Russia Legion warns of active fighting
The Russian army has deployed reserves to the Belgorod and Kursk regions and is actively trying to push out Russian paramilitary volunteer units
Alexei Baranovsky, a volunteer of the Freedom of Russia Legion, said this on Espreso TV.
"The village of Tetkino is located in the Kursk region. Now there is fighting around it. Today is a rather difficult day. The Russian army has finally realized what is happening now and in the first hours of our entry into the Kursk region. They moved additional reserves there and are actively trying to push our units out of the region. The same thing is happening in the Belgorod region. The epicenter of the events is the town of Graivoron and its surroundings. Heavy fighting is going on, the occupiers are throwing everything they have at it, including mortars and artillery, except for the fact that they don't have any ships yet. Therefore, it is a very "hot time" during our march to Russia," he said.
Russian volunteers are asking residents of all border villages to evacuate. Active attacks on the positions of the Russian army will begin on March 15.
"The Freedom of Russia Legion, Russian Volunteer Corps (RDC), and the Siberian Battalion made a joint statement that military strikes would be carried out on military targets in the Kursk region. Today, all day long, a "rain of fire" has been pouring down on Kursk, these are quite precise strikes on military targets. We have made a statement to the residents of these cities to evacuate. This applies not only to residents of Belgorod and Kursk. We recommend that residents of all border villages where hostilities are taking place leave these places, because the Russian army is intensifying the "fire barrage" and does not choose whom to shoot at. Therefore, from 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., for our part, we will stop shelling Russian positions so that people can leave these places. Tomorrow we will start active attacks on the positions of the Russian army in the border villages," Baranovsky said.

- Oleksiy Hetman, a reserve major of the National Guard of Ukraine and a veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war, believes that the raid by the Freedom of Russia Legion is a challenge to Putin and his entourage. In his opinion, if at least one battalion of the Russian Federation goes over to the side of the Russians fighting against Putin, a chain reaction could start throughout the army.
- On March 13, Russian volunteers continued their raid on Russian territory, calling on residents of the Kursk and Belgorod regions to evacuate.
- Later, Alexei Baranovsky said that in the Kursk region, fighting was already taking place outside the village of Tetkino.
