Missile attacks on Ukraine are result of Russia’s defeats at front – political scientist Tsybulko
Political analyst Volodymyr Tsybulko believes that the latest missile attacks across Ukraine show that the Russians are having problems along the entire front line
He expressed this opinion on the Espreso TV channel.
"Russia launched its latest missile attacks on the territory of Ukraine from the Murmansk region and the Caspian Sea. Last time, ten strategic aviation aircraft launched 18 missiles. Of course, this is a kind of intimidation tactic rather than a demonstration of potential," explained Tsybulko.
The political scientist is convinced that the Russians are experiencing problems along the entire contact line, which is the result of missile strikes on the territory of Ukraine
"It seems to me that the Russian missile strikes across Ukraine were caused by several painful defeats of the Russians at the front. Because the occupying Russianforces were forced to retreat from Avdiivka. They also failed in the Bakhmut direction. Putin did not succeed in capturing Bakhmut by May 1. So they launched a missile strike on Ukraine to report on some offensive potential. However, apparently, the Russians are having problems on the front line," he added.
