Ukrainian defenders destroyed many tanks and armored personnel carriers, and a lot of personnel were eliminated. Later, the General Staff will clearly state the amount of destroyed equipment and manpower," emphasized Barabash.

The head of the Avdiivka city military administration also added that Avdiivka is holding on and destroying all Russian forces' plans and deadlines.

"Of course, the enemy does not give up attempts to surround the city, to enter the city head-on. There are dozens of assaults per day, the number of attacks has increased," noted Barabash.
