NATO’s security tied to Ukraine's full membership – Bulgarian Foreign Minister
Bulgarian Foreign Minister Ivan Kondov asserted that the security of all NATO member states will be fully ensured once Ukraine becomes a full-fledged member of the Alliance

This was stated in a report from Bulgaria's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Kondov's remarks came during his participation in the transatlantic dinner, hosted by U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, on the sidelines of the annual UN General Assembly session.
He emphasized that strengthening NATO’s eastern flank and enhancing the security of the Black Sea region are crucial for overall safety.
In his address, Kondov pointed to Ukraine, stressing that the security of NATO countries will be guaranteed when Ukraine joins the Alliance.
- Meanwhile, Andriy Yermak, head of Ukraine's Presidential Office, noted that Ukraine's NATO membership invitation is integral to President Zelenskyy's Victory Plan.
